VICTORIA, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 15, 2019 / FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (NYSE-AMERICAN: FSI, FRANKFURT: FXT), is the developer and manufacturer of biodegradable polymers for oil extraction, detergent ingredients and water treatment as well as crop nutrient availability chemistry. Flexible Solutions also manufactures biodegradable and environmentally safe water and energy conservation technologies. Today the Company announces a short delay in the release of First Quarter, Q1, 2019 Financial Result.
The Company is disappointed to announce that our Q1, 2019 financials will be delayed due to the inability of our auditors to complete their review in a timely manner. We stress that there are no disagreements regarding the financials. The auditors also made several, very small and immaterial mistakes in our annual financials filed March 31st which we have courteously allowed to be corrected in a '10 K amended' which will be filed just in advance of the Q1 2019 financials. We are confident that the short-comings in staffing, communication and time management at our auditor will be corrected prior to the next reporting date and that this issue will not recur.
The conference call scheduled for Thursday May 16th at 11:00 pm EDT has been cancelled. It will be rescheduled as soon as the Q1 financials have been filed with the SEC.
