Engage People recognized in Fourth-Annual Ranking of the Top Growing Companies in Canada
TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / September 27, 2022 / Engage People, the only loyalty network that enables program members to pay with points (PwP) directly at checkout, has been named to The Globe and Mail's 2022 Report on Business ranking of Canada's Top Growing Companies.
The Top Growing Companies program ranks Canadian companies based on three-year revenue growth. Engage People, which offers loyalty solutions that connect loyalty program providers with universal payment systems and participating retailers, experienced a three-year revenue growth of 54%, leading to its ranking of No. 421.
'We're honored to be included on The Globe and Mail's list of Canada's Top Growing Companies among a group of other innovative organizations,' said Jonathan Silver, CEO of Engage People. 'We have experienced tremendous growth in the last year as we continued to expand our team, grow our list of partners, and deliver pay-with-points capabilities to customers. As the demand for alternative payment options continues to rise, we are enthusiastic about the prospect of adding more retailers and financial institutions to our loyalty network to increase the ubiquity of loyalty points as a fiat currency.'
Canada's Top Growing Companies is an editorial ranking that was launched in 2019. It aims to celebrate the boldest entrepreneurial achievement by identifying and bringing the accomplishments of innovative businesses in Canada to the forefront. In order to qualify for this voluntary program, companies had to complete an in-depth application process and fulfill requirements.
'Canada's Top Growing Companies recognizes the tremendous ambition and innovation of entrepreneurs in Canada,' says Dawn Calleja, Editor of Report on Business magazine. 'The next generation of Canadian businesses can draw inspiration from this ranking.'
'In an uncertain world, the success stories of the companies marked in this year's Report on Business magazine's list of Top Growing Companies are a beacon of optimism,' says Phillip Crawley, Publisher, and CEO of The Globe and Mail. 'The Globe and Mail congratulates them on their achievements.'
The full list of 2022 winners, along with editorial coverage, is published in the October issue of Report on Business magazine. The list is out now and online here.
Engage recently announced its partnership with FreedomPay, the data-driven commerce platform to deliver PwP capabilities to retailers' brick-and-mortar locations, and Bilt Rewards, the leading loyalty program for renters, to allow Bilt Mastercard holders to pay with points at participating online marketplaces.
